The platform https://stutu-app.web.app and the related Android mobile application (“Platform”) are owned and operated by AJAY SATPATI (operating under the name Stutu) (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform.

Use of the Platform

Services

The Platform provides a digital interface to facilitate connections between students and tutors for educational purposes. The Platform does not guarantee specific outcomes from any learning or tutoring interactions.

Intellectual Property

All content, design elements, text, graphics, and software associated with the Platform are owned by or licensed to Stutu. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

Your use of the Platform is at your own discretion and risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
